Adding Spotify as a new campaign touchpoint

What they wanted

When RingCentral were preparing for a new campaign, they had a test and learn budget to use for not only different channels, but also a warmer, more humourous suite of creative for their key value propositions.

What we did

Working with one of our b2b creative teams, we developed a set of carousel ads, and alongside this, we developed a series of audio adverts to be run on Spotify’s self serve ad platform. We fully managed the creative and production process to completion, and also ran the media within the spotify ad platform.

How it went

We ran the ad groups targeting tech audiences and business audiences, and in the end were able to say that we’d achieved 2x and 3x benchmark CTRs rexpectively, with CPMs coming in around the $11 mark. And win the territories where the ads were running, RingCentral saw: Increased UK consideration by 27% YOY Increased AU consideration by 60% YOY Increased awareness by 35% YOY
