Repurposing audio to build trust across visual platforms

What they wanted

When Add3 got the chance to go to attend the grocery, consumer packaged goods (CPG) conference SHOPTALK, they wanted to make sure they were part of the conversation, and also that they were delivering highlights across social media. They just needed some guidance and support to make this happen.

What we did

Knowing what audio equipment they already had in the business, we advised on supplementary items to give them a fully portable recording solution. And so they captured a range of soundbites from key speakers and attendees of the conference. We then used these to produce audiograms – snackable, animated content with captions, to grab the attention of both the listening scroller, and also the high proportion of people browsing their socials with audio-off.

How it went

Through working closely with Add3’s design team, we were able to create a format and style which integrated seamlessly with their brand and social media. These were drip-fed as a series across socials which not only drove great awareness off Add3 as a partner for retail brands, but also enhanced their status as a media/press partner for large scale B2B events such as Shoptalk.
It was great to be able to test a new medium with Adam and the team – they really held our hand through any of the technical elements on our side, and were quick to help us develop a preferred style, which worked really well for us across our social channels.
