Podcasting for Once a DJ

Using our own project to keep on top of the end to end process

What they wanted

We believe it’s important to keep on top all aspects of your products and services – where you can create efficiency, improve results, and provide a better experience for your customers. And so we felt it was prudent to start our own project.

What we did

For Once A DJ, we lean into the passion of founder Adam Gow, which is a mix of personal development and music. With Once A DJ, we started off with our network of DJs and former DJs, to look to tell their tales of growth, longevity, change and more. Through this, we cover all aspects of the podcast production process, from guest outreach, to ad placements, to a mix of local and remote recording, mixing, distribution, analytics and more.

How it went

Through this project we’ve seen first hand how you can grow a network, how you can generate a range of outputs from a podcast recording, the doors it can open and more. We’ve seen the emergence of AI tools within Podcast production, for the better and the worse, and can give guidance on the opportunities these can provide when it comes to developing your show.
The benefits of the Once A DJ podcast are that we can test the water with anything we feel could be beneficial to our clients, and it keeps us at the forefront of podcasting for all aspects of the process. It’s also a great real-world project to use to bring new talent into the organisation.
