What they wanted

Barclays Private Bank employ a multichannel marketing approach, and identified a need for a rapid-response thought leadership piece, and they identified podcasting as the medium with which to do this. However, with a range of time-poor execs as guests, they needed a slick plug-in solution to ensure no additional stress was put on an already very busy team.

What we did

We developed a slick process with their internal marketing team, where we provide tech support sessions, flexible bookings, and online recording so they can easily have guests from across the world. The way this is done means there is a 3 hour turnaround from recording, to distribution-ready audio being delivered (mixed to podcasting standards) along with human transcripts (ensuring data privacy is adhered to).

How it went

The process we use has enabled Barclays Private Bank to efficiently and reliably communicate with their clients across the globe. It’s a significant touchpoint for them, and one which takes a lot of the heavy lifting away from the internal team. And Remote-CTRL are the go-to production house if their other teams need podcasts, be them long form, highly produced pieces of work, or quick-turnaround commentaries, connecting speakers from Switzerland, India, USA and beyond, to the clients that need to hear them.
